FreeStyle Libre is available to patients with diabetes who meet the criteria specified in NHS England's national agreement for funding of flash glucose monitoring. Local arrangements can be found in Flash Glucose Monitoring local guidelines

Only a diabetes specialist service (adult or paediatric) can initiate a trial of FreeStyle Libre. Further information can be found on the Medicines Management page of the CCG Practice Hub

These needles are universal and they fit all major insulin pen brands.

Restricted for use where the injectable needs to be administered by a healthcare professional or relative.
